Full Co-ordination Package

This is a complete bespoke service tailored to meet every need of the bride and groom. Following a free, no obligation, initial consultation at your home, Champney Weddings will produce a theme board with your design ideas and arrange and oversee every aspect of your wedding day. The bigger majority of our suppliers and service providers grant us discounts; these will be passed directly on to you therefore are service will in effect cost you very little.

Preparing detailed timeline of the day

• Control of budget limits, inc payment dates
• Unlimited consultations including telephone calls at anytime
• Details on venue for ceremony, i.e.; church, registry office or civil venue. Co-ordinating dates with Priest/Civil Celebrant
• Designing with bride theme and colour co-ordination of venue
• Accompanied (if required) visits to select wedding/bridesmaids gowns.
• Guidelines on wedding etiquette
• Arranging announcements
• Accompanied venue consultation or marquee selection
• Sourcing caterers/cake maker
• Budgeting for drinks Inc: arrival drinks, champagne for toast etc.
• Managing stationary inc: invitations, RSVPs, order of service, place cards and thank you notes
• Organising table plans dietary requirements of individual guests
• Co-ordinating all floral arrangements inc: bouquets, buttonholes, table centrepieces and church decoration
• Selecting photographers and videographers suited to clients
• Providing comprehensive list of entertainment for reception and evening
• Booking accommodation for travelling guests
• Sourcing transport for bride and groom, family and guests etc:
• Meeting with best man and chief bridesmaid to discuss duties
• Re-Confirming all bookings
• Co-ordinate rehearsals
• Book hairdressers and nail technicians etc

On the day

• Ensure chief bridesmaid has emergency pack for bride
• Consult with ushers and distribute ceremony programmes
• Inspect reception venue closely and rectify any errors
• Organise receiving line as guests arrive for reception
• Co-ordinate all suppliers and services throughout the reception
• Discreetly be on hand for the bride or groom
• Provide book for all guests to sign
• Safely store brides personal effects
• Arrange the presents to be stored until the clients return from honeymoon

Fee is generally 20% of wedding budget. Minimum fee is £2500.

If Champney Wedding is required to arrange Hen/Stag nights or honeymoons this can be arranged as a separate fee.
